A. Return Policy
(Money back Guarantee)
If the item(s) does not meet your need you can
return it (postmarked) 10 days after receiving it. It must be in the condition you received it
(unaltered).
The refund
does
not include any shipping and handling costs, including return costs if
package is refused by the client or customs outside North America.
Returns are to be sent
by the post office, and
not
through a courier like UPS (couriers charge our company additional
fees which we will have to deduct from your refund).
We have three
addresses. Please send product back to the Return Address
listed on the package's
UPS PAPERWORK (See the UPS
Label).

B. Payment
Methods
1. Ordering by Credit
Card
Simply order
Online, by phone,
FAX or mail your order to us (Click Here for Order Form).
We accept VISA or Mastercard. Canadian resident may also pay by INTERAC e-Transfer.
When you use your credit card:
United States
residents:
We charge you the $US Dollar price.
Canadian residents: We charge you the $CAD price plus applicable
taxes unless shipped from US Warehouse. In that case, it is
charged in $USD and Canada customs charges tax. Products effected are
flintlock pistols and blunderbusses.
International Clients: We charge you the $US Dollar price.
We do not charge you taxes like the VAT nor any customs fees. They
may be added by your country's Customs when you import your purchase.

2. Cheque or Money Order
Payments
When you have received the total amount for your
order including shipping you pay by personal cheque (US and Canadian Residents only) or an
international Money Order or Bank Draft.
Make payment out to "Access Heritage Inc".

United States
residents: You can pay in $US dollars with a personal cheque, bank draft,
or a international money order. You can only get money orders from
your bank. (USPS no longer provides international money
orders).

Ordering Custom-Made
Products
Since all of our products are custom-made, we
treat each order on a case by case basis.
Contact us
with your
request and we will provide you with a quote and an estimated completion date.
This
quote will be valid for 30 days.
Payment of Custom-made
Products
We accept purchase orders from museums,
governments, and corporations.
Clients ordering a custom-made item are to provide
one-third of the cost as a down payment in the form of a credit card, personal cheque (US
and Canadian clients) or international money order.
The balance is due at time of
completion of the work.

Shipping, Handling, Taxes and Customs
All prices on this website do not include
shipping and handling. All shipments are sent by UPS, FEDEX or mail.
Clients
outside North America please contact your country's customs officials to find out if there
are any duty and tax charges or restrictions. If in stock, goods are
normally shipped within 3 business days. Any delays the client is
notified.
United States
Residents: Large items such as swords, muskets and headdress are sent UPS
Standard.
Smaller items are sent via US Postal Service.
There are no taxes charged and none of our products are prohibited in the
U.S.
Canadian Residents:
Please add GST or HST depending on your province of
residence.
We ship to
many international destinations.
